Day 12 and 13 Japan Short-term missions Trip

Saturday July 1, 2017 Having finished the mission chapel and Yachiyo church project, today we set out to see Mount Fuji. With Eric Brenenstuhl as our navigator, we walked to the train station had breakfast and Don picked us up by van and we made the 2 1/2 hours drive to Mount Fuji. The best time to get a view of Mount Fuji is in January and on a clear day....yet on July 1, with rain and clouds we prayed to God that we would be able to see Mount Fuji while in Japan.

And as God would have it He cleared the sky so we could get a glimpse of Mt. Fuji not only yesterday while traveling by train but also when we went to Mt. Fuji on this trip
