Jesus People to CLE

After a fun game night last night, our CLE team began our final morning together with group devotion focused on taking our servant hearts FROM this blessed weekend experience TO our daily lives this week and beyond. 

We then worshiped with our brothers and sisters of Christ at West Side Alliance and were blessed to hear a powerful message of the Lord’s faithfulness from a missionary from Jordan.  Hearing the challenges, opportunities and blessings of being on the front lines of Jesus’ mission field was a inspiring conclusion to our weekend of serving.

Please keep the West Side Alliance family as they are grieve the death of a young man from their flock but celebrate his eternal life with Jesus.

I close our blog with a story from Loretta, one of our team members.  When she served on a mission trip to Africa, she and her team were met with excitement from the local children.  With joy, the children called their team “the Jesus people!”  

What a privilege!  To lose our individual identity and be recognized simply as Jesus People to those we serve is a true blessing!

Our CLE Mission Team was honored to be Jesus People this weekend and pray the seeds planted will blossom into eternal life in Christ for those we served!

May our Lord bless everyone of us as Jesus People to others in our daily lives!
